14-year-old Kike has a passion for cutting-edge technology and gadgets. That passion has made him a true expert in creating, improving, and repairing mechanical and electronic devices. This overwhelming attraction to technology becomes especially important when he and his family move into apartment 11-B inBuilding 11.11, a mysterious structure created by an eccentric architect/inventor/philosopher named Don Leonardo. Thanks to the building's unique qualities, whenever Kike falls asleep, he can come to life as Enrique, a20-year-old version of himself who interacts with the real world like anyone else.
